Messages From Survivors

An Exhibit About One Family’s Holocaust Legacy

Survivors’ voices anchor Holocaust history and make it vivid and personal. This exhibit grew from a trove of survivor videos recorded over 40 years. It provides an intimate look at a family of Holocaust survivors sharing their history, their life challenges and their celebrations. Visitors will be able to connect the individual experiences of one Polish-Jewish family to the immense scale of the Holocaust.

This portable exhibit is ideal for schools, museums and any type of community center, especially in areas where infrastructure for Holocaust education is limited. The exhibit may be complemented by programs that invite people to make connections with their own lives through art and story. View the online exhibit and the short films below.
